- The Equipment Room will be closed November 27-29 for Thanksgiving Break. If you need equipment during Thanksgiving Break please contact Joshua Rice (jrice009@leeu.edu) by November 25.
- The Equipment Room will have normal hours December 2-6. All equipment must be returned by 5pm on December 6. There will be no check outs past December 6. If you have questions or concerns please contact us ASAP.

New students: You MUST come by the Equipment Room during open hours (see above) to have your account activated. You cannot reserve or check-out equipment until this step is complete. You will be required to show proof of the class you are in that requires equipment usage. Equipment is available for class assignments only.
"All equipment must be reserved a minimum of 24 hours in advance."
1. You can now book equipment up to 6 weeks in advance. You will have 30 minutes from the time you scheduled to pick up your equipment before it goes back on the shelf and you will have to go through the check-out process again.
2. If you are a cinema student and have a Tier 2 or 3 status let us know so we may give you proper permissions. Your status will be confirmed with the cinema department.
3. All student media workers who will be using Vindagua and Clarion equipment will need to have special permission added to their Connect 2 account at the equipment room window during ER hours.
4. How long can I keep equipment?
- If you check out Monday you return Wednesday (2 Days)
- If you check out Wednesday you return Friday (2 Days)
- If you check out Thursday you return Monday (4 Days)
- If you check out Friday you return Monday (3 Days)
5. Note: If you forget to add an item to your reservation "DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER BOOKING," simply go to your "con" number and edit your booking. Add what you need and submit it again. You will need to do this 24 hours ahead of when you plan to pick up your equipment.
